摘要: In keeping with the goverment aim of institutionalizing process labour nationalisation in United Arab Emirates (UAE), otherwise known as Emiratisation, more efforts are being made to place Emiratis private sector view declining number jobs available public sector. Guided by theory self-determination (SDT), context this study explores both social and work environments purpose determining whether existing conditions – Emiratisation tend encourage or discourage when it comes seeking staying technical firms.
