摘要: Understanding the computations that take place in neural circuits requires identifying how neurons those are connected to one another. In addition, recent research indicates aberrant neuronal wiring may be cause of several neurodevelopmental disorders, further emphasizing importance diagrams brain circuits. To address this issue, new approaches have been recently developed. review, we describe methods currently available investigate structure and connectivity brain, discuss their strengths limitations.
