摘要: This paper discusses the development of a discrete-event simulation model for an integrated emergency post. post is collaboration between general practitioners and department within hospital. We present generalized flexible model, which can easily be adapted to several departments as well other hospital, we demonstrate with our application Here, generalization relates way patient flow, prioritization, resource allocation, process handling. After presenting modeling approach, shortly describe implemented validated post, how it currently being used by health care managers analyze effects organizational interventions.
