摘要: Drosophila larvae were reared and allowed to pupate in continuous bright white light. The pupae then transferred a much dimmer blue In light of intensity below 0.001 erg per square centimeter second, adult flies emerged pulses 24.7 hours apart, each pulse occupying about 6 hours. But exceeding 0.1 they at steady rate. This range from effective darkness is roughly starlight moonlight. Inside this range, the emergence peaks broaden for week with little change period.
