摘要: The phase diagram of the system As—Te has been determined. The density and the electrical conductivity of the melts were measured as a function of temperature and concentration. The density increases with increasing temperature. The electrical conductivity has a minimum near 40 mol% As. This minimum becomes less pronounced with increasing temperature. Both observations indicate, that polymeric units exist in these melts, which are destroyed at higher temperature.
