摘要: In this article, the performance of double corrugated tubes applied in a tube-in-shell heat exchanger is analysed and compared to equipped with straight tubes. The CFD (computational fluid dynamics) analysis was performed considering turbulent flow regime at several mass rates. It observed that geometry does not have significant impact on pressure drop inside exchanger, while it has potential increase its thermal by up 25%. e–NTU (effectiveness–number transfer units) relation also demonstrates advantage using exchangers over
