摘要: The aim of our study was to evaluate the anti-inflammatory, anti-nociceptive, and anti-oxidant action Riparin B in vivo. We performed experiments which we induced paw edema by carrageenan other mediators, carrageenan-induced peritonitis level myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α IL-1β), malondialdehyde (MDA) acid, glutathione (GSH) from peritoneal fluid. also behavior tests such as acetic acid-induced writhing, formalin-induced linking, hot plate test. Among doses tested (1, 3, 10 mg/kg), dose 10 mg/kg showed strongest effect, this able reduce carrageenan, dextran, histamine serotonin, bradykinin, 48/80, PGE2. Similarly, same reduced cell migration significantly decreased nociception formalin acid reversed parameters oxidative stress. Thus, can infer that exhibits actions
