摘要: Expression of serum/glucocorticoid-inducible kinase (Sgk), one member an inducible serine/threonine family, is induced by FSH/cAMP in rat granulosa cells cultured defined medium. The FSH-stimulated pattern sgk expression biphasic, and transcriptional activation the gene depends on intact Sp1/Sp3 binding site within proximal promoter.
