摘要: The carcinosarcoma is a malignant mixed mullerian tumor with highly malignant, biphasic consisting of both epithelial and mesenchymal components. presented case refers to patient in climax vaginal bleeding. Doppler echography highlights polypoid mass, which prolapses the cervical channel. histopathological immunohistochemical analysis surgically resected piece allowed diagnosis. uterine carcinosarcoma’s incidence rare, that why this interesting taking consideration pattern tumor.
