摘要: There are many types of vegetation maps, for various reasons. First all, associations possess particular intrinsic characteristics based on their floristic composition, structure, synecology, syndynamics and synchorology. Each these may be represented a map, yielding maps quite different meaning. Second, vary according to scale definition the units. Third, map depends theoretical conceptions geobotanical schools thus interpretation classification resulting from approaches. Finally, have “mixed” characteristics, i.e. involve two or more thematic bases, such as actual altitudinal belts.
