摘要: Aims: The objective of this study was to investigate the role insulin sensitivity and serum adiponectin concentration as determinants, in middle-aged men, relationship between lower body fat blood lipids after truncal has been accounted for. Methods: Men (443) aged 39–65 yr, mass index 18–43 kg/m 2 , participated study. following variables were measured: regional distribution assessed by dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry, maximal oxygen uptake, physical activity, fasting levels adiponectin, triglycerides, high-density lipoproteinand total cholesterol. Plasma glucose measured state an oral load. Results: Lower inversely associated with triglycerides cholesterol positively highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol adjustment for age, lean tissue mass, weight history, thelevelofphysicalactivity(P0.0005).Serumadiponectinleveland Matsudas intercorrelated, both correlated mass. When including analyses, relationships partly explained. Conclusion: For a given level large is advantageous lipid profile, which may be partially mediated level.
