摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the delineation of purified plasma proteins, and chemical composition molecular parameters proteins. As fluctuating components a dynamic, circulating system, proteins have always defied characterization purification by any single method. Plasma, as greatest source widespread interest, has challenged protein chemist prompted development new fractionation schemes such cold-ethanol method, physical techniques boundary zone electrophoresis. Some complement, properdin, erythropoietin, isohemagglutinins are best detected biological property yet to be isolated in reasonably pure identifiable form. Others serum albumin, α 1 -acid glycoprotein, ceruloplasmin crystallizable rather sharply definable.
