摘要: Abstract Hydroxyapatite whiskers (HAp-Ws) and magnesium-substituted hydroxyapatite (Mg-HAp-Ws) with 1, 3, 5 mol% magnesium (Mg) ion substitution contents were successfully prepared by the hydrothermal method. The incorporation of Mg into HAp-Ws led to a morphology including combination particles decrease in crystal interplanar spacing. Then, Mg-HAp-Ws further introduced poly( d , l -lactide) (PDLLA) matrix prepare HAp-Ws/PDLLA Mg-HAp-Ws/PDLLA composite films. existence or can endow films superior hydrophilicity tensile properties. Moreover, since have good large aspect ratio, strength modulus film reasonably higher than those film. more beneficial for MC3T3-E1 cell adhesion, proliferation differentiation due presence ions. More importantly, osteogenic effect ions on cells is dose-dependent, 1–3 mol% showed relatively cytocompatibility activity. In short, mechanical properties activity be regulated adjusting Mg/Ca content better meet needs bone repair.
