摘要: Akaeolide, a novel polycyclic polyketide, was isolated from the culture extract of marine-derived actinomycete belonging to genus Streptomyces. The planar structure new compound elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including NMR and MS, absolute configuration determined X-ray crystallographic its chlorinated derivative. Akaeolide possesses 15-membered carbocyclic framework, apparently derived malonate pathway, with tetrahydrofuran ring β-keto-δ-lactone unit.
