摘要: Phenotypes of 38 samples mononuclear (PBMC) cells from 11 different patients with pemphigus vulgaris (PV) at stages the disease were explored looking for a possible relationship between cell immunity, mucocutaneous or mucosal lesion intensity and capacity serum autoantibodies to elicit in mice. PBMC 5 lesions sera IgG capable inducing neonatal mice had high proportion mature monocytes CD14low DRhigh, co-expressing CD16 CD11b. In addition, CD19+CD5+ activated B very low naive CD4+CD45RA+ CD8+CD11b+ T lymphocytes was observed. Monocytes these expressed inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). contrast, 6 patients, restricted membranes lacking induce mice, contained CD14high DRlow circulating macrophages, cells, lymphocytes.
