摘要: Female Sprague-Dawley rats, 50 days of age, were treated with a single dose 5 mg 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene intragastrically. 3 after carcinogen treatment, the rats put on semisynthetic diets containing 20% by weight corn oil (CO), soybean (SBO), crude palm (CPO), refined, bleached, deodorized (RBD PO) and metabisulfite-treated (MCPO) for months. During course experiments, fed different dietary fats had similar rate growth. Rats CO or SBO diet have higher tumor incidence than (PO) diets; however differences mean latency periods among groups not statistically significant. At autopsy, high significantly more tumors three PO diets. Our results showed that did promote chemically induced mammary tumorigenesis in female when compared to differ greatly from oils their contents tocopherols, tocotrienols, carotenes. But further experiments would be required determine whether observed numbers due these minor components unique triglyceride structure oils. Analysis fatty acid profiles plasma total lipids tumor-bearing that, exception arachidonic acid, reflect nature fats. there no cholesterol fats, but level As lipids, significant triglyceride, diglyceride, phospholipid levels groups.
