摘要: We combine IR, optical, and X-ray data from the overlapping, 9.3 deg{sup 2} NOAO Deep Wide-Field Survey, AGN Galaxy Evolution Survey (AGES), XBooetes to measure evolution of 6146 normal galaxies as a function absolute optical luminosity, redshift, spectral type over largely unexplored redshift range 0.1 {approx}< z 0.5. Because only closest or brightest are individually detected in X-rays, we use stacking analysis determine mean properties sample. Our results suggest that emission spectroscopically late-type is dominated by star formation, while early-type combination hot gas active galactic nucleus (AGN) emission. find formation supermassive black hole accretion rate densities evolve like {approx}(1 + z){sup 3{+-}}{sup 1}, agreement with trends found for samples bright, detectable starburst AGN. work also corroborates many previous analyses faint source populations, improved statistics.
