摘要: A prototype simulation is being developed under contract to the Royal Aerospace Establishment (RAE), Farnborough, England, assist in discrimination of artificial space objects/debris. The methodology undertaken has been link Object Oriented programming, intelligent knowledge based system (IKBS) techniques and advanced computer technology with numeric analysis provide a graphical, symbolic simulation. objective an additional layer understanding on top conventional classification methods. Use made object rule representation, multiple reasoning, truth maintenance uncertainty. Software tools used include Knowledge Engineering Environment (KEE) SymTactics for representation. Hooks are within framework incorporate mathematical models describing orbital motion fragmentation. Penetration structural can also be incorporated. discrete event tool built as domain specific extension KEE environment. provides facilities building, debugging monitoring dynamic (military) simulations.
