摘要: The population of the marine amphipod Gammarus oceanicus at Vosnaes, Denmark, is polymorphic two unlinked enzyme loci mannosephosphate isomerase. Mpi, and glucosephosphate isomerase, Gpi. These polymorphisms were subjected to a selection component analysis, where components gametic selection, zygotic sexual estimated in both sexes mating pattern was described. At Gpi locus no evidence action natural found. genotypic distribution among adult Mpi did not agree with expected under assumption selection. A significant deficit heterozygotes This deviation, however, explained by segregation silent allele.
