摘要: We have deduced the entire 1,370-amino-acid sequence of human insulin receptor precursor from a single complementary DNA clone. The starts with 27-amino-acid signal sequence, followed by α-subunit, processing enzyme cleavage site, then β-subunit containing 23-amino-acid transmembrane sequence. There are homologies to epidermal growth factor and members src family oncogene products.
