Isolation of chicken anemia agent with MDCC-MSB1 cells from chickens in the field.

摘要: An attempt was made to isolate chicken anemia agent (CAA) from chickens suffering in the field by using MDCC - MSB1 , which an established cell line derived Marek's disease lymphoma. When 99 of 15 flocks were examined, CAA isolated 58 12 flocks. The rate isolation with cells almost same as that determined vivo method chick inoculation. It shown more closely concerned anemic diseases than fowl adenoviruses.
