摘要: A novel transcription factor, TcAP2, was isolated from Taxus cuspidata by yeast one-hybrid strategy. This factor interacts with jasmonate- and elicitor-responsive element. Analysis of the deduced TcAP2 amino acid sequence revealed that contained a conserved AP2/ethylene-responsive element binding protein domain consisted 268 acids in potential nuclear localization sequence. The had high homology, its AP2 domain, to other family members. Based on phylogenetic analysis, it different five DRE-binding proteins their evolutionary relationship. gene yew accumulated primarily young organs, such as stems. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis indicated inducible express treatments methyl jasmonate plus salicylic acid, salinity, cold. showed no response either abscisic or drought treatment.
