摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate whether moderate or exhaustive endurance exercise influences cytokine levels in whole-blood culture supernatants after stimulation. Therefore, eight healthy subjects were first exposed on a cycle ergometer for 30 min at 70% their 4-mmol/l lactic acid (anaerobic) threshold, and 1 week later exhaustion (for 90 min) anaerobic threshold. Blood samples taken before, 24 h each bout. following lymphocyte subpopulations determined: CD14-positive(+)/CD45+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+. Cytokine the measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Production interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α induced with lipopolysaccharides (LPS), that IL-2 interferon (IFN)-γ staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) phytohaemagglutinin (PHA). Cortisol also determined ELISA. subset distribution observed be unchanged exercise. Thirty minutes exercise, CD16+ count found significantly lower, whereas CD4+ higher than pre-exercise counts. Moderate influenced IFN-γ production (PHA-stimulated), which increased from 974 (391) pg/ml before 1450 (498) later. level (SEB-stimulated) decreased (from 14470 (11840) 6000 (4950) exercise). IL-1β TNF-α per monocyte reduced.
