摘要: Planning and implementing a successful immunization program at the worksite requires committed, interdepartmental effort dedicated occupational health staff. should start well in advance of influenza season with adherence to strict timelines. Key strategies for campaign success include generating sense enthusiasm about campaign; creating an employee- family-friendly atmosphere diffuse possible uneasiness receiving vaccinations; assuring easy access vaccines; providing employees evidence-based information related using variety media. Using proven best practices its on-site employee vendor adapting other strategies, vaccine manufacturer succeeded raising rates from 34% 2002 66% by end November 2003, beyond program's goal 50%. By December, after extra clinics were added response intense media coverage, rate increased 76%.
