摘要: Diesel spills may considerably damage the sensitive coastal wetlands along Huangpu River, Shanghai, China. In this experiment, Cyperus rotundus, a dominant marsh plant, was cultured in diesel-contaminated soils at concentrations of 0, 1000, 5000, 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 mg kg−1 to investigate its phytoremediation potential. study, plant biomass, removal characteristic diesel, redox potential, activities urease, dehydrogenase, polyphenoloxidase were determined after 50-day pot experiments. The results demonstrated that planted with rotundus had significantly less diesel than did unplanted soils. residual alkanes 10,000 mg kg−1 50 days showed 52.9–92.0 % Fraction (C14–C19) 47.8–64.4 % b (C20–C27) removed soils, while more 90 % both Fractions peak value urease dehydrogenase 15,000 mg kg−1 concentration; however, activity appeared 10,000 mg kg−1. It deduced concentration between 10,000 might be limit which could tolerate pollution.
