Among many described, regulatory (Treg) cells derived from (tTregs) induced (iTregs) periphery as well type 1 (Tr1) involved disease models. However, precise details generation perpetuation these various Treg subsets their relevance regulation diseases remain elusive. In this review, we critically analyze current knowledge its animal model, experimental encephalomyelitis.
