摘要: Abstract The continuous mechanism of displacive structural phase transitions in crystals is composed soft modes and order variables, which are coupled near the transition temperature. As a consequence, condensates variables formed, playing significant role critical dynamics. Although conceivable theoretically, much this presently unsubstantiated. It found that magnetic resonance sampling provides essential information as to modulated structure condensate, then interpreted light complementary dielectric scattering results. exemplified only for specific cases at present, condensate model correlated regarded generally applicable such observed perovskites other molecular crystals. In article, experimental results reported various systems with diverse interpretations reviewed an attempt establish practical order-variable condensate.
