摘要: Abstract A novel hydrogen peroxide biosensor was fabricated for the determination of H 2 O . The precursor film first electropolymerized on glassy carbon electrode with p -aminobenzene sulfonic acid ( -ABSA) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Then thionine (Thi) adsorbed to form a composite membrane, which yielded an interface containing amine groups assemble gold nanoparticles (nano-Au) layer immobilization horseradish peroxidase (HRP). electrochemical characteristics were studied CV and chronoamperometry. factors influencing performance resulting in detail. responded linear range from 2.6 × 10 − 6  mol/L 8.8 × 10 − 3 detection limit 6.4 × 10 − 7  mol/L. Moreover, exhibited good accuracy high sensitivity. proposed method economical efficient, making it potentially attractive application real sample analysis.
