摘要: Abstract Hyperactive children were compared with a non-hyperactive control group on two measures that reflect the presence of body lead—blood-lead levels and urine after challenge by single oral dose chelating agent penicillamine. had significantly higher values both than did controls. More half hyperactive blood-lead in range considered to be raised but not "toxic", 60% post-penicillamine " toxic range. It is concluded there an association between hyperactivity lead levels; large body-lead burden may exert consequences have been hitherto un-realised; definition what level for needs re-evaluation; physicians should look hyperactivity.
