摘要: Structure development in PMMA/SAN28 blends was studied experimentally with small-angle light scattering (SALS) and computationally a diffuse-interface model based on the Cahn–Hilliard theory. All three stages of phase separation were observed SALS. The diffusion coefficient derived from initial stage, while evolution interface thickness all stages. coarsening kinetics is more dominated by hydrodynamics late stage than intermediate separation. This confirmed computational study which revealed that becomes when capillary number reduced 10 to 0.5. A quantitative comparison between experimental numerically predicted presented.
