摘要: Although it is well known that nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) closely related with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), few data are available about which and how EBV-expressed gene involved in the carcinogenesis of human epithelial cells. EBV-encoded BARF1 (BamH I-A right frame 1) has been shown to be oncogenic capable inducing malignant transformation BALB/c3T3 NIH3T3 cells as B-cell lines Louckes Akata. It remains unclear, however, whether can transform primate or Here, we have overexpression H-Ras transformed BARF1-immortalized PATAS into cell line. Furthermore, found cooperation SV40 T antigens was sufficient nonmalignant NP69 when serially introduced antigens-immortalized Taken together, these results demonstrated Ras suffices primary PATAS. Similarly, together NP69, thereby indicating could NPC pathogenesis combination additional genetic changes.
