摘要: Purpose Vertebral body defects represent one of the most common orthopedic challenges. In order to advance transfer stem cell therapies into clinical practice, we performed this study evaluate safety and efficacy a composite bioartificial graft based on hydroxyapatite bone scaffold (CEM-OSTETIC®) combined with human mesenchymal cells (MSCs) in rat model vertebral defects.
