摘要: • A computerized tomographic (CT) scan was performed on a patient with suspected paraseller mass. Coincident contrast injection, an unusual and distinctive "starburst" pattern appeared in the right parasellar region associated sudden deterioration patient's condition. Subsequent CT necropsy confirmed ruptured aneurysm at site large subarachnoid hemorrhage. To our knowledge, this picture of rupturing intracranial has not been previously illustrated.
