摘要: Since ancient times, plants and herbal preparations have been used as medicine. Research carried out in the last few decades has verified several such claims. Aloe arborescens Miller, belonging to genus (Family Asphodelaceae), is one of main varieties worldwide. The popularity plant traditional medicine for ailments (antitumor, immunomodulatory, antiinflammatory, antiulcer, antimicrobial antifungal activity) focused investigator's interest on this plant. Most importantly, reported studies shown effectiveness various cancer types liver, colon, duodenal, skin, pancreatic, intestinal, lung kidney types. These multiple biological actions make an important resource developing new natural therapies. However, activities isolated compounds glycoprotein, polysaccharides, enzyme phenolics were insufficient. Considering all these, contribution provides a systematic review outlining evidence efficacy including pharmacology related mechanisms action, with specific attention safety precautions, preclinical clinical studies, indicating future research prospects
