摘要: This study explored male adolescents' reasons for participating in moderate and vigorous physical activity, perceived barriers to suggestions as what can be done increase participation activity. A total of 26 15- 16-year-old adolescents participated focus group sessions, which were audiotaped transcribed verbatim; qualitative software facilitated data analysis. constant comparison approach was used inductively develop themes. It found that participants engaged activity both intrinsic extrinsic reasons. Their included internal factors (individual characteristics, lower priority involvement technology-related activities) external (the influence peers family, lack time, inaccessibility cost facilities). Participants suggested promoted more the community an environment supportive developed. Results suggest a variety strategies should help maintain or
