摘要: Phase relations at liquidus temperatures in the system La2O3-TiO2 were studied air. The existence of two previously unreported compounds, La2O3. TiO2 and 2La2O3-TiO2, is postulated on basis X-ray microscopic examination crystalline samples, case La2O3.-TiO2, a maximum curve that composition. Quenched liquids primary-phase field rutile found to be semiconducting. This property was related oxygen loss from both liquid phases discussed light weight experiments, quenched information obtained literature. Dielectric constant factor compounds La2O3-TiO2, La2O3-2TiO2, 2La2O3-9TiO2 are reported 1 Mc over temperature range 25° 500°C.
