摘要: In der normalen Mittelohrschleimhaut des Meerschweinchens und Menschen wurden auf Grund histochemischer and elektronenmikroskopischer Untersuchungen verschiedene Typen von Drusenzellen festgestellt. Beim Meerschweinchen finden sich Becherzellen, Intermediarzellen dunkel granulierte Zellen, beim nur die beiden ersten Typen. Becherzellen entsprechen sero-mukosen, Zellen serosen (nicht-mukosen) Kategorie vonShackleford u.Klapper angegebenen Klassifizierungsschemas Speicheldriisen Saugetiere.
