摘要: Background A comprehensive evaluation of arterial load characteristics and left ventricular energetics in systemic hypertension has been limited by the need for invasive techniques to access instantaneous aortic pressure flow. As a consequence this methodological limitation, no data exist on effects long-term antihypertensive therapy global impedance properties indexes myocardial oxygen consumption (MVo2).
