摘要: 6-Aryl pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidines and naphthyridines are inhibitors of protein tyrosine kinase, thus useful in treating cellular proliferation mediated thereby. The compounds especially atherosclerosis, restenosis, psoriasis, as well bacterial infections.
