摘要: In our survey of 102 cases intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, 71 peripheral type and 31 hilar were observed, the former being prone to metastasize remote organs lymph nodes when compared with latter. These histologically classified into nine histologic types according predominant features rearranged three groups (well-differentiated, less-differentiated, uncommon). Although most these mucin-producing adenocarcinomas variable grades differentiation (92 102; 90%), several uncommon also encountered (ten 10%), such as adenosquamous, squamous, mucinous, or anaplastic carcinoma. Remote organ metastases observed more frequently in less-differentiated group than well-differentiated group. regard tumor spreading, expansion via sinusoidal spaces (93%), vascular (52%) lymphatic (18%) involvement, perineural invasion (16%), replacing growth bile duct (12%), permeation portal connective tissue (19%) observed. The cholangiocarcinomas involvement presented a higher tendency well extrahepatic metastasis. For correct diagnosis treatment it seems be important posses some knowledge types, including their variations patterns spread.
