摘要: The paper gives an account of the development and implementation a stakeholder management framework at Ream National Park, Cambodia. Firstly, concept is reviewed in conservation literatures. Secondly, context which was implemented described. Thirdly, five-step methodological suggested: (1) analysis, (2) mapping, (3) generic strategies workplan, (4) presentation workplan to stakeholders, (5) workplan. This classifies stakeholders according their level influence on project potential for natural resources. In situation characterized by conflicting claims resources, park authorities were able successfully develop specific stakeholders. conclusion discusses implications experience generalization other protected areas.
