摘要: The mechanisms of leukocyte recruitment have been studied extensively in vitro and shed light on the basic molecular structure-function relationship adhesion signaling molecules involved this essential immune response. This review will summarize how these observations extend to behavior inflamed blood vessels microcirculation. We highlight physiological results that might not predicted from systems. Special attention is placed physiology rolling, adhesion, intralumenal crawling vessels. importance glycocalyx, secondary tethers, shear, microenvironment are discussed. Docking structures forming rings together with a novel endothelial dome-like structure vivo during transmigration highlighted. Transcellular paracellular emigration out also last section highlights some organs do always follow accepted paradigm recruitment.
