摘要: There exist severe metal pollutions along the Jiulongjiang estuary in South China. In order to unravel biological effects caused by pollutions, proteomic responses were investigated two-dimensional electrophoresis-based proteomics oysters Crassostrea sikamea from pollution sites, Jinshan (JS) and Baijiao (BJ), a relatively clean site, Jiuzhen (JZ), estuary. Results indicated that mainly induced cellular injuries, oxidative immune stresses, disturbed ion homeostasis C. both JS BJ sites via differential pathways. Furthermore, enhanced transcriptional initiation site. addition, Cu Fe might be 78 kDa glucose regulated protein ferritin GF1 sikamea, respectively. The study confirms is promising approach characterize underlying mechanisms of oysters.
