摘要: Since the creation of induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) ten years ago, hundreds publications have demonstrated their considerable impact on disease modeling and therapy. In this commentary, we will summarize key milestones, benefits challenges in iPSC field. Furthermore, highlight blood as an effective easily accessible source for patient-specific iPSCs derivation context work done our laboratory others.
