摘要: A bonded abrasive tool, having a structure permeable to fluid flow, comprises sintered agglomerates of plurality grains and binding material, the material being characterized by melting temperature between 500 1400°C, loose packing density ≤ 1.6g/cc three-dimensional shape; bond material; about 35-80 volume % total porosity, including at least 30 interconnected porosity. Methods for making e.g., Fig. 1, tools containing are described.
