摘要: Paraboreochlus minutissimus (Strobl 1894) and Trichotanypus posticalis (Lund- beck 1898) have been collected from Gorkhi Terelj, Outer Mongolia resulting in the first record for these species subfamily Podonominae (Diptera: Chironomidae) this country. Both were habitats similar to their described Europe North America. A review of biogeography indicates that are restricted more northern part Holarctic region will likely be Mongolia; whereas Paraboroechlus has a southern distribution future surveys may result finding it Mongolia, just north Gobi Desert.
