摘要: Noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) comprise multiple classes of transcripts that have no protein-coding ability but play critical roles as RNA regulators in various cellular processes. To date, the well-studied ncRNAs are microRNAs (miRs) generally act gene expression through binding to target mRNAs. Recent advances high-throughput sequencing technologies led discovery thousands unannotated noncoding transcripts, especially long (lncRNAs). These lncRNAs being increasingly recognized key diverse biological processes via a variety mechanisms. Aberrant miRs and has been shown be associated with many human diseases cancers. Increasing identified biomarkers for patient prognosis potential therapeutic agents Furthermore, it is worth noting progresses made understanding functional involvement Bcr-Abl-induced chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Here, we highlight pathogenesis CML, significance regulation CML development involved mechanisms underlying their action.
