摘要: The function of adipocytes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) was investigated for the first time in hMSC fetal liver (FL) and adult bone marrow (BM) compared with preadipocytes subcutaneous adipose tissue differentiated according to adipocyte-specific protocols. FL- BM-derived displayed both morphological functional characteristics mature including specific intracellular signaling pathways tumor necrosis factor-α, catecholamine-regulated lipolysis as well secretion adiponectin leptin. Similar preadipocytes, lipolytic effects mediated by β-adrenoceptors antilipolytic α2A-adrenoceptor (α2A-AR) expressed proteins a pivotal role lipolysis, β2-AR, α2A-AR, hormone-sensitive lipase. We conclude that hMSC-derived are morphologically functionally similar display an intact pathway endocrine function. These systems could be great value adipocyte research renewable source adipocytes.
