摘要: Relationships between artefacts in recorded intracardiac pulses and the dynamic response susceptibility of catheter-manometer systems to caused by motion catheter were investigated. Sine-wave motions catheter, resembling frequently seen when is pulmonary artery, produce sine-wave pressure variations with peak-to-peak amplitudes 10 mm. Hg. Square-wave (impacts) high-frequency variations, greatest (10 200 Hg) directed along axis much less perpendicular catheter. High-fidelity records conventional cardiac are most unlikely such catheters threaded through beating heart.
