摘要: Presently, the construction industry has shown considerable consciousness in utilizing lightweight foamcrete as a building material. The demand of is becoming higher now where this material increased many folds recent years due to its intrinsic economies and advantages over conventional concrete range structural semi-structural applications. major specialties are excellent thermal conductivity, low self-weight, high impact resistance good freeze thaw resistance. aim experimental study investigate conductivity property with various densities. main parameters that will be considered density foamcrete, void size porosity. samples made constant water-cement ratio 0.5 cement-sand 2:1. According results, lower densities transforms values. Meanwhile, controlled by porosity indicate larger For reason, changes significantly because air poorest conductor comparison solid liquid owing molecular constitution. measured values should provide useful database for evaluating performance structures.
